We do our best to provide excellent photography and detailed descriptions of our products to minimize the need for returns.

Return Policy: We will gladly accept returns for up to 15 days after your purchase has shipped.



Returns/Exchanges are subject to the following:  All of our products are tagged and shipped in heat-sealed clear plastic bags. Before you tear or cut this bag, carefully examine the product and label to ensure that you have received the right item. (Example: color, style, material and desired length.)  If the security tag is removed it will not be accepted for any reason.

The following items are not returnable:  (1) Worn/Used Items, (2) Special Orders, (3) Gift Certificates, (4) Wholesale Orders, (5) Items purchased at our Show /Events, (6) Sale/Clearance Items, (7) Gifts to third parties are not refundable/exchangeable. (8) Items not purchased directly from Vekasy’s:  If you have purchased a Vekasy’s product from one of our resellers, you must return your item(s) to the reseller - your return will be based on their refund/exchange policies. (9) Items returned more than 15 days after the original purchase date.

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Vekasy's please follow these steps (they're also on your packing slip).

● Returned merchandise must be mailed at the expense of the purchaser.

● Use a prompt, reliable, traceable service and insure your return package - damaged goods will not be accepted.  

● A copy of the packing slip must be included in the return package; indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column - your return will not be processed without this information.  

● The product must be in its original box and the security tag must be attached - or the item will be considered used/not returnable.    

● All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

● We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

● Vekasy's is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
