IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND/SHORTEN BRACELETS/NECKLACES OR CHANGE EARWIRE?
Yes. Please see our Special Order details or email us with your specifications prior to placing order- additional fees may be required.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?
We use USPS as our carrier and all orders are traceable. Our available shipping methods within the U.S. are First Class, Priority and Express Mail.
AM I REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX?
If you live in NY area you will be charged the NY tax rate of 8.875% when you check-out. If you live outside of NY you will not be charged tax.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?
Our store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPAIR POLICIES?
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We will accept timely returns of items mailed back to us within 30 days of receipt - Click here for additional details about our Return/Exchange Policy.
If an item that you have purchased on this website should break within 30 days, we will repair that item for free provided all the materials are returned.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG?
We do not print a paper catalog. All of our products are one-of-a-kind designs, a catalog would be out dated by the time you would receive it. This website serves as our catalog and is updated with new jewelry and accessories frequently.
