Our Return & Return Policy
At Vekasy’s® Fine Costume Jewelry & Accessories, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Customers must contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Other items identified as non-returnable on the individual product listing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Vekasy’s.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Handmade Product Variations
Many Vekasy’s® products are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, size, placement, texture, pattern, gemstones, embellishments, or other handmade details are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Marketplace Purchases
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or other retail platforms, may be subject to the return and refund policies of the marketplace through which the purchase was made.
